- Payment of the debt at any stage. The client (borrower) may pay voluntarily at any point in the process. If no court ruling has yet been issued, payment can be made using the partner bank's payment details provided earlier. Once a court decision or a court order has been issued, voluntary repayment using the same payment details is still permitted, without waiting for enforcement proceedings.
- Monitoring of payments received after the court decision. It is important to closely track payments received after the court ruling is issued but before enforcement proceedings are initiated. This prevents the risk of "double recovery" and rules out cases of unjust enrichment. If payment has already been made, the enforcement document (writ of execution, court order) is not submitted for enforcement.
- Enforcement proceedings. Once enforcement proceedings have been initiated, the client may pay the debt at the request of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement (BCE) or else await the measures applied by state enforcement officers (account freezes, deductions from income, levy of execution on property, etc.).
- Notary's enforcement endorsement. Where provided for by law, a notary's enforcement endorsement may be obtained — an expedited enforcement instrument for undisputed claims. Working with its partner banks, CTG can process up to 5,000 enforcement endorsements a day, which significantly shortens debt settlement timelines.
- Deadline control and reporting. At every stage, closing documents are prepared, filing and enforcement dates are recorded, and statuses are updated in CRM and in the reporting provided to the partner bank.
