If life circumstances prevent you from making your contractual payments on time, we will help you agree on a manageable solution out of court.
What should I do if I temporarily cannot pay?
Let us know about your situation — this is the first and most important step. CTG conducts pre-trial (pre-litigation) mediation and helps you agree on options such as:
- a revised payment schedule (lower installments, payment date change);
- a payment holiday or deferral;
- partial repayment and phased settlement of penalties (subject to agreement with the bank/creditor).
