Consent to the processing of personal data of visitors to credtech.uz

By submitting a request on the website https://credtech.uz/, the User accepts this Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter the "Consent").

Acting freely, of their own free will and in their own interest, and confirming their legal capacity, the User gives their consent to "CREDIT TECHNOLOGY GROUP" LLC (data controller; hereinafter the "Operator" or "CTG") to process their personal data on the terms set out below.

Legal basis. Processing is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" No. ZRU-547 of 2 July 2019 and other applicable regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Method of processing. Consent is given to the processing of personal data by automated means and/or without the use of such means.
Composition of personal data. Personal data other than special categories of personal data or biometric data: full name; phone number; e-mail address; data transmitted automatically by the device and browser (IP address; location data, if permitted by the user/browser; OS type/version, browser type/version; device type and screen resolution; interface language; referral source; pages visited; actions on the website; cookies and session identifiers).
Purposes of processing. (1) handling incoming inquiries and providing feedback to the applicant; (2) conducting pre-trial financial mediation and advising on debt settlement matters; (3) providing information on payment methods and payment details; (4) improving the quality of services and analyzing website performance; (5) complying with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including in the field of personal data protection and financial monitoring (AML/KYC, where applicable).
Processing actions. Collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; updating (modification, amendment); retrieval; use; transfer (provision, access) in cases provided for by law or contract; depersonalization; blocking; deletion; destruction.
Transfer to third parties. Personal data may be transferred within the scope of the purposes stated above, provided there is a legal basis (law/contract/consent), including to banks/credit institutions, payment providers, as well as telecom operators/IT contractors that support the operation of the website and communications. Any transfer is carried out in compliance with Law No. ZRU-547 and on a confidential basis.
Localization and security. The recording, systematization, accumulation, storage and updating (modification, amendment) of personal data of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan are carried out using databases located in the Republic of Uzbekistan. CTG applies technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unlawful access and other unlawful actions (encryption, access control, auditing, backups).
Processing period. Until the purposes of processing are achieved or until consent is withdrawn by the data subject, unless other periods are established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan or by contracts to which the data subject is a party.
Rights of the data subject. The User has the right to obtain information about the processing of their personal data; to request their updating, blocking or deletion where there are grounds to do so; to restrict processing; to object to processing in cases provided for by law; and to withdraw consent.

Cookies and identifiers. The website may use cookies and similar technologies. The use of cookies can be configured in the browser settings; restricting cookies may affect the proper functioning of certain sections of the website.
Other terms. Personal data is not publicly available. The current version of the Consent is published on the CTG website and may be updated; the application of a new version does not diminish the rights of data subjects provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
